Lutron and other high-end shades are built to order, so a new one can take weeks to arrive. Resizing reuses your existing motor, fabric and hardware. We take the shade down, cut the fabric, roller tube and hembar to the new size, rebuild it, then re-set its limits and programming.
The result is a shade that fits your new opening and works with your existing keypads, remotes and automation.

Do you repair Lutron shades you didn't install?
Yes. Most of our work is on shades another company installed, including original builder installations and systems from companies that have since closed.
Can a custom shade really be made smaller?
In most cases, yes. Width and drop can be reduced by cutting the fabric, tube and hembar, then re-setting the motor limits. Shades generally can't be made larger. For a bigger opening, we'll quote new fabric or a new shade.
What brands do you work on?
Lutron (Sivoia QS, QS Wireless, Palladiom, Triathlon, Serena), Crestron, Somfy-motorized shades and drapery, J. Geiger and SI Shades.
Do you work with my home automation system?
Yes. We restore shade integration with Lutron RadioRA, HomeWorks and Caséta, and with Crestron and other control systems.
